Drug awareness




September 16, 2016, around 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, PNP Personnel of this Station led by PSI FELIXBERTO B RULE Jr, Chief PCR with the direct supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL PINEDA PALERMO,OIC conducted drug awareness lecture at Balangasan Central Elementary Schoo, Balangasan Pagadian City.  


The Drug awareness lecture is in line with our President Rodrigo Duterte’s  all-out war against illegal drugs said activity was actively participated by parents of the students of Balangasan Central Elementary School. Topic on Oplan Double Barrel was also discussed by PSI FELIXBERTO B RULE Jr,

Oplan Bright Smile benefited 62 children in Zamboanga del Sur



PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur, Aug. 9 (PNA) – Sixty-two children with cleft lip and cleft palate deficiencies have benefited from the just concluded four-day Oplan Bright Smile, Bright Future project in this province.

Sr. Insp. Felixberto Rule, local police community relations officer, on Tuesday told the Philippines News Agency the project was jointly conducted by the provincial police office and Eagles Club with the support of the Davao City-based Maharlika Charity Foundation, Inc.

The Aug. 5 - 8 outreach mission included free surgery and dental check-up of beneficiaries conducted at Borbon Hospital here.

Rule said the children were from various towns of this province reached by his office through the municipal police stations.

He said the activity was aimed to raise awareness that children with cleft lip and cleft palate deficiencies still have a bright future.

He said that a total of 65 children were listed, but only 62 had undergone surgery. (PNA)

Police recognize radio group effort during holy week






PAGADIAN CITY – The Pagadian City Police headed by Supt. Michael Pineda Palermo recognized the effort of Radio Group Oracis Pagadian headed by their Chapter Governor Mr. Michael Ganta in their contribution for the successful activities during the Semana Santa 2016.

Supt. Palermo awarded the certificate of appreciation to Orasis Pagadian who had been part of the security coverage throughout said activity by providing communication assistance to the police operatives thru their VHF Radio Transceivers communications system.

Supt Palermo said the PNP Mission is to be in partnership with the community in which the confidence and trust was gain by Pulis Pagadian thru the partnership not only to Orasis Pagadian but also to other radio group like the Pagadian Emergency Communication System (PECOMS).    (By JONG CADION)
